Ezokhetho Shipping Policy
A third party company, Courier Guy, handles all our South African shipping. All shipping takes up to 10-14 working days for national delivery this does exclude public holidays and weekends.
Please contact EZOKHETHO directly if you would like to place an order but your physical address does not fall into our shipping scope. Shipping of orders will only take place on receipt of proof of payment. If proof of payment is not received EZOKHETHO will wait until funds are visible in their account before shipment is made. If applicable, shipping cost is payable by the customer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
EZOKHETHO will not be held liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond the control of EZOKHETHO (force majeure) including and not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, fire, theft, global pandemic; in the event that such occurrence should happen EZOKHETHO will communicate and notify affected parties in a timeous manner to try and minimise such effect.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, or unused, with the original EZOKHETHO tags, and in its original form and packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase information.
Please note that items such as bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, filters, and books cannot be exchanged – all purchases are final.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned namely, custom products(such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or competition wins.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive and process your return. You will obtain a notification at every stage of the return process.
